Nestor Heredia Gurrola and Horalia Anaya Cruz are set to open their accounting firm, Grupo Contable, in the former Freeman Chiropractic Clinic building located at 4747 River Road N. in Keizer. The couple purchased the 2,000-square-foot property for $750,000, with plans for remodeling to create a client-friendly environment. The new office will allow Grupo Contable to expand its services, better serve its clients, and establish a stronger presence in the local community. They anticipate the office will be operational by late spring of the following year.
A couple from Keizer has taken a significant step in expanding their accounting firm by acquiring the former Freeman Chiropractic Clinic building located at 4747 River Road N. The new owners, Nestor Heredia Gurrola and Horalia Anaya Cruz, purchased the *2,000-square-foot* property for $750,000 through their recently established company, *Northwest Lands*. The transaction took place in March and has generated excitement in the local business community.
The couple’s accounting firm, known as Grupo Contable, has been a part of the Keizer business landscape since it was established in 2017. The choice to purchase this particular building is strategic, as it is conveniently located near their current business address. This relocation not only serves their needs for a bigger office space but also symbolizes their ongoing commitment to the local community.
Constructed in 1969, the building previously served as a chiropractic clinic, operated by Dr. Herbert Freeman until his retirement in 2023. After more than five decades of service, the property is set to undergo extensive remodeling as it transitions from a healthcare facility into a modern accounting office.
The couple has enlisted the services of Redwood Construction, a well-regarded company based in Albany, for the remodeling of the building. The goal is to create an efficient and welcoming workspace that meets the needs of their growing clientele. While the initial stages of construction are already in progress, the couple anticipates the new office will open its doors to clients by May or June of the following year.
With this new acquisition, Gurrola and Cruz are not only investing in their company but also contributing to the economic development of Keizer. The renovation of an older building is expected to reinvigorate the area, making it more attractive to both clients and potential businesses. This initiative aligns with broader local efforts to enhance the community’s infrastructure and bolster small business growth.
As the couple prepares for this exciting transition, the community looks forward to seeing how the new accounting offices will take shape and the positive impact this business expansion will bring to Keizer.
The new office will be located at 4747 River Road N. in Keizer.
The building will house an accounting firm called Grupo Contable.
The new office is expected to open in May or June of the following year.
