Further enhancing the area’s commercial profile, a new gas station and multi-tenant commercial building have been approved for a $1.8 million permit on County Line Road. This project will offer a 2,000-square-foot gas station and a 12,517-square-foot retail space, accompanied by 86 parking spaces on a 2.69-acre lot. Premier Structures is leading this initiative, focusing on modern conveniences to meet local demands.
