The awards cover diverse categories that reflect the Municipality’s strength in operational efficiency, digital transformation, sustainability, risk management, and workplace safety. Among the standout achievements, Dubai Municipality earned the first place in two categories at the HBC International Awards by the Harvard Business Council. The recognition was primarily for the Municipality’s pioneering efforts in its Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiative, which is designed to streamline procurement processes and contributes significantly to Dubai’s objectives as a smart city.
The innovative RPA initiative also clinched the Gold Award from the Noble Business Awards and received insightful recognition from the Globee Awards for Technology. These accolades affirm the effectiveness of the RPA in enhancing operational efficiencies.

The Municipality received the top prize for its Hair Dye Safety Assessment initiative, earning the title of Most Impactful Risk Research.
