NE Auburn Creek Restoration Project

The NE Auburn Creek Restoration Project is seeking proposals for construction management services, with submissions due by 12:00 PM on July 31, 2025. This project is crucial for restoring aquatic habitats and improving water quality in the area.

The total estimated project cost is $490,627, with a focus on developing an Equity and Social Justice (ESJ) Innovation Plan to encourage participation from Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women’s Business Enterprises (WBE). To qualify, MBE and WBE firms must have certification from the State of Washington Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises.

Five Mile Lake Park Lighting Project

Another opportunity is available for the Five Mile Lake Park – Main Parking Lot Lighting project, with sealed bids accepted until 1:30:59 PM on July 22, 2025. The estimated contract price for this project is $811,400, including necessary coordination with PSE for transformer installation.

This project has specific requirements, including a 15% minimum Apprentice Utilization Requirement and a 15% minimum requirement for King County Certified Small Contractors and Suppliers (SCS). An online public bid opening will occur shortly after the close date.

  • The Vehicle and Equipment Filters and Related Items contract, with proposals due by July 11, 2025.
